Kids Drone Zone recognizes the gap industry faces between STEAM-based graduates and the rapidly rising demand for STEAM professionals. KDZ aims to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers by getting them excited at an early age.

KDZ has facilitated over 72 outreach programs since October of 2015.

Kids Drone Zone provided community outreach during the following recent Atlanta City Hall Mini Maker Fare, Georgia Tech STEMFEST, Presidential Inauguration Leadership Conference in D.C., Taste of Douglasville, Douglasville Block Party, and Engineering Day held at Mercer University.

Kids Drone Zone provides a large technology pavilion annually at the Atlanta Maker Faire (Blue Ribbon Winner) and the Atlanta Science Festival with 32,000 and 60,000 in attendance respectively and has hosted outreach programs for Atlanta Chapter of Women in Aviation- Aviation Career Day at Candler Field Airport, Georgia STEM Day, Delta Block Party, for Teachers at STEMAPLOOZA and the GA Assoc. Career and Technical Education (GACTE) Career Tech Conference to name a few.
