Kid’s Drone Zone is a 501c3 Non-profit. This is our annual fundraiser. The funds are used to expose more youth to building, coding, flying drones, and drone careers! Kid’s Drone Zone (KDZ) recognizes technology is the driver of most careers.Ourgoal, is to expose as many youth and adults as possible, to the world of drone technology. Thanks for paying it forward for our youth!
Thank you for your interest in joining our team. I once read that volunteers do not necessarily have the time but they do have the heart! All of us here at Kid’s Drone Zone appreciate your generous gift of time and attention to mentor our children so they can have an engaging hands on experience. As with most things in life, there is a bit of paperwork to get started. Please note that the information following is as much for your safety and it is for the safety the public. Volunteers are a precious resource.
We are seeking volunteers for Global Drone Day, to be held, May 5, 2018, at Duncan Park in Fairburn Georgia. The continued success of Global Drone Day can be largely attributed to the special people who give their heart and time to help. In fact, we are known throughout thedrone aviation community for the “friendliness” of our dedicated volunteer’s. There are many volunteer opportunities available such as serving as an Air Marshal, simulators, monitoring entrance/exit gates, directing attendees, or simply smiling and answering questions in the hospitality area. It is time to start thinking seriously about where you’d like to volunteer at Drone Day. You do not need experience with drone’s to volunteer.
