The Global Youth Aviation / Drone Career Expo is a free digital event for youth from around the globe to learn about career pathways to Aviation and Commercial Drone Careers in various countries and to inspire the next generation of the aerospace workforce.  Meet live and hear from leading aviation industry experts from around the globe who are dedicated to advancing the future of aviation, drones and technology.  They will help scholars ages 10- 18 understand how to pursue various aviation/drone technology careers. The Global Youth Aviation / Drone Career Expo will have its share of pilots, astronauts, engineers, hackers and astrophysicists, but it will also feature entrepreneurs and visionaries from fields not traditionally associated with aviation. Fields that will be essential components in making global transportation today and tomorrow a reality. How do I register and attend?

You may register at https://kidsdronezone.org/subscribe-to-aviation-career-expo/ At the time of the event, the email address you use to register will be used to access the live streams and recordings offered at The Global Youth Aviation / Aerospace Career Expo Virtual.

When is The Global Youth Aviation / Aerospace Career Expo Virtual?

Dates for the event will be September 26-27, 2020.

What is the cost to attend The Global Youth Aviation / Aerospace Career Expo Virtual?

There is no cost to attend.

What time zone will sessions broadcasted?

The event will be optimized for time zones in North America, from West to East coasts

What language is The Global Youth Aviation / Aerospace Career Expo Virtual going to be in?


If I miss a live session, will I have access to recordings of breakouts and other sessions?

Yes, your registration grants you access to view live sessions, and their recordings.

How do I interact with other attendees and Speakers staff?

There will live chat and Q&A for each breakout, a chat room for discussions and networking, and opportunities to win prizes.

Will there be live Q&A sessions?

Yes! Similar to our live event, all speakers have the ability, at their discretion, to incorporate Q&A into their sessions via the built in Q&A function.

What are the technical requirements to participate?

Any device may be used to view the sessions – web-enabled mobile, tablet, or computer. We do recommend a computer, as it will deliver the best experience overall. No additional application download is needed to view (such as Zoom Client). A good internet connection of at least 5 mbps upload speed is suggested to ensure no lag time in streaming. It is also suggested that a wired connection be used instead of WiFi to ensure solid connectivity.

Are you still accepting speaker applications?

Yes! We understand that the move to virtual may make it easier for some to participate as speakers now, so we are keeping the speaker abstract open for another month. Speakers may be placed in time slots on a rolling basis.
