Drone Technology
Learn about Drone Technology and how drones work, Scholars engage from Drone Experts from around the world.
The Future of Drones
Scholars use their creative minds and collaborate with team members to design a drone and present to the camp.
Hands-On With Drone Tech
Scholars using their device will learn how to use drone technology and get a drone airborne in an AI environment. (A drone is not provided in this camp)

Scholars will learn the many facets of drone programming concepts with their drone and program autonomous missions. Scholars will be challenged to use their programming skills for real world challenges. Additionally, scholars will learn to shoot aerial videos to share with family and friends.

Device
Scholars will need an (IOS or Android) tablet or a phone and desktop computers running Google Chrome. Devices are not provided.
A Drone For Home
Scholar’s receive a drone for home equipped to shoot a high-quality image processing camera and HD videos. Scholar’s will enjoy increased flight time with an additional battery.
Live Interactive Instructors
Scholars learn fundamentals of coding through awesome interactive sessions. Scholars will also learn to operate their camera and shoot aerial videos.
Who Should Attend?
Girls and Boys ages 10 and up will join in the fun with an interactive hands-on environment.

Drone Technology
This camp introduces the enjoyment of flying drones to the real-world application of learning how to use drones in real world applications. Scholars will learn to fly their drone. Flight squads also will work together to conduct mock missions challenges–all in a safe and friendly competitive environment. Scholars will also learn about Drone Technology and how drones work, Scholars engage from Drone Experts from around the world.

Hands-On With Drone Tech
Scholars will receive a drone and learn how to get a drone airborne and will receive drone racing gates to expand their flight skills at home.

Class Minimums Required!
Registration Deadline: October 25, 2020
Scholars will learn to build a drone from home. Camps will start on the first day with introductions to drones, followed by hardware assembly. Participants will improve their skills through various games and challenges.
Skills Learned
How to assemble electronic components, while learning their basic functionality.
How to safely fly with control and precision.
How to safely follow local and FAA laws and regulations when flying drones.

Your Drone
Scholars will receive an un-assembled drone. Remote Control Radio (for remotely piloting drone). Battery for powering the drone.
Live Interactive Instructors
Scholars learn fundamentals of drone building through awesome interactive sessions. Scholars will also learn how to assemble their drone with live on camera instructors.
Who Should Attend?
Girls and Boys ages 10 and up will join in the fun with an interactive hands-on environment.
